Deactivating a COP Checklist


The purpose of this job aid is to walk internal DISH NexsysOne users through the process of deactivating a COP checklist, which will remove the checklist from the GC’s visibility in NexsysOne. This will not permanently delete the checklist, and the checklist can be reactivated if needed.


Deactivating a COP Checklist

  1. Navigate to the QMS section of NexsysOne.

  1. Select the COP tab at the top of the page.

  1. Search for and open the checklist you would like to deactivate.

  2. At the top right of the checklist, select the Deactivate icon.

Reactivating a COP Checklist

  1. Navigate to the QMS section of NexsysOne.




  1. Select the Deactivated COP tab.

  1. Search for and open the checklist you would like to reactivate.

  2. At the top right of the checklist, select the Reactivate icon.

Deleting a COP Checklist

There are certain situations that may require a checklist be deleted rather than deactivated. For example, if you are attempting to replace a checklist with a more updated version of that checklist, the original checklist must be permanently deleted. You will not be able to create a new checklist of the same type until the original has been removed from NexsysOne. To have a checklist deleted, reach out to NXOHelp@dish.com
