Job Aid: Locating Payment Details


The purpose of this job aid is to detail how to find invoices in NexsysOne that have been paid out, even if multiple invoices were a part of a single payment.


Email received from AP Customer Helpdesk

An email is sent out when a payment is processed from DISH to your firm. That email is sent to a single email address and provides a Document Number that can be used to find any invoices in NexsysOne related to that payment. In addition, invoice details can be found in this email as shown in the example in Appendix A.

Using NexsysOne to find Invoices

In NexsysOne, under ProjectOne, users with financial permissions will find a Procurement section that can be expanded to find the Invoice section. This section can be used to research the invoices that have been assigned to your company. If permissions need to be adjusted, please reach out to your local market contact to adjust.


  1. Click on the Procurement section to expand it and click on Invoice to open this report


  1. Inside of the Invoice screen, look for the column titled Oracle Status

Note: If you do not see this column, select the Re-Order Columns icon  in the top right and ensure the column is marked as visible.



  1. Click in the blank box at the top of the Oracle Status column to filter by that column



  1. Enter the check number that is in the email sent from Wireless AP

  1. This will filter this column down to any invoices paid out on that single payment



  1. This number will only provide results after the payment has cleared

    1. If no results show, please check back again in a few days as NexsysOne will update information when the payment has processed, which can take up to a week

    2. If you do not have a check number simply filter the Oracle Status by the date.


  1. In addition to the date, this field will also include additional info such as Check Number, Invoice Amount.
